Bones Game & Snacks

I purchased this for our grandchildren, ages 7 and 8, as a Halloween treat. They lived the candy variety and the bones jengo game.

The basket was cute. It came in a wooden crate with popcorn, pretzels, licorice, and candy skulls. The treats included were pretty small. There was a cute Jenga type game but the pieces are bones. I would say it was cheap and cheesy. I probably wouldn't order it again.

I received this box right before Halloween so it was not opened until I gave it to my grandson. Not only was the skeleton/bones stacking game poorly made the bones never stayed stacked & fell over every time we played. Also some of the candy was missing from the crate & licorice was so hard & stale it had to be thrown away. I have purchased many, many items throughout the years from Olive & Cocoa. But recently the children's gifts have met poor expectations & are totally over priced for what you get. Disappointed grandma!

Unfortunately, the popcorn was stale and the licorice was so tough that we were afraid we'd break a tooth. The snacks didn't have an expiration date printed on them so we couldn't tell how old they were. No one was willing to try the pretzels or skull candy. We feel like we paid $100 for the bone game. Very disappointing.

What a clever idea to send a game along with delicious snacks for Halloween. This gift was well received and made us all smile. The "Bones" game was fun to complete
