Top notch family gift!
Instead of sending my three adult children boring checks for Christmas again this year, I decided to purchase each of them a personalized family pillow. At first, I tried to order them online. I typed in my last name (which includes a period) and I received a pop-up message, "Invalid Family Name"!! I then called Olive and Cocoa and spoke to Sue in Salt Lake City, who was absolutely wonderful and completed my order. All three gifts arrived on Christmas Eve and each of my children and their spouses loved them and sent me photos. Highly recommend this unique product!
