What types of arrangements will be sent?
The initial floral delivery in your subscription will be the arrangement seen on this page. Each subsequent arrangement will be similar to what you see in the Olive & Cocoa catalog and online, expertly arranged of the season's freshest blossoms. The retail value of each arrangement is $98 and up.

How do I join the Floral of the Month club or arrange to have it sent as a gift?
Simply add the subscription to your cart on our website and proceed to checkout, or call our Customer Service department at 800-538-5404. We're always happy to help!

When will my delivery arrive?
Your initial arrangement will be delivered immediately on the date you select at checkout, and your next arrangement will arrive approximately 4 weeks later, delivered on the same Thursday (i.e., first, second, third, or fourth) of every month.

Will I be able to change a delivery date if I am going to be away?
We will happily pause your membership until the following month. Please let us know by the 1st of the month you wish to pause.

When will I be charged for my membership?
After the initial floral has shipped on the date selected and the initial charge has been made, customers will be charged once a month - approximately 10 days before the next delivery ships.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Each floral arrangement requires next day shipping. Membership fees do not include shipping & handling. To view our shipping information, click here.

How will I know the arrangement is on its way?
We will send an email confirmation complete with tracking information to you at the time the arrangement ships.

May I send a greeting card with my gift?
Upon checkout, you will have the option to write a personalized message to your gift recipient. We will print your message on a beautiful Olive & Cocoa® gift card which will be delivered with every arrangement.

What if I'm not satisfied with my floral arrangement?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any arrangement you receive, we will be happy to re-ship a replacement arrangement or issue a refund. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance with any issues at 800-538-5404.

Fiore Bianco is a fresh cut floral arrangement.

- Carefully remove the cardboard inserts holding your flower arrangement in place then unpack.

- The arrangement is held in place by bindwire around the wooden box. You can cut this off as it is not needed anymore.

-Some of the outer guard petals may need to be removed from the flowers to remove any bruises and encourage new growth and beauty.

-Additionally, we use the freshest flowers available, so certain stems in the arrangement may not be fully bloomed when first received. Be patient-the new buds should show within a day or two!

-Flowers should be kept out of extreme hot or cold temperatures.

The company stands behind their products!
I sent an arrangement to a friend and, despite being very well packed, it unfortunately had an issue. MJ from Customer Service was kind enough to provide not only a refund to me, but sent another
arrangement to my friend at no charge. I cannot say enough nice things about MJ and Olive and Cocoa and will continue to use them for all of my floral deliveries.

So Disappointed
I have admired your flowers for some time and jumped at the chance to order these flowers for my sister's 75th birthday. When they arrived, fruit flies or gnats, started coming out of the flowers. It became so bad we had to move them outside. Needless to say, they didn't last long, she didn't get to enjoy them and she now has a pest problem.
Will not take a chance on ordering flowers here again.

Diappointed
I bought this arrangement for a friend and although she said it was beautiful the first 2 days it died quickly. She stated that the instruction said she was not to water the bouquet and I suspect there was not enough water in the vials.

Like a little garden.
I have sent one of these twice, each time to a friend who had lost their husband. They both loved this. One said she it was beautiful, and had never seen anything like it. She even posted a picture of it.
