Loved and very excited when gift arrived.

The arrangement arrived to gift recipient in a disheveled mess. ONE call to cust. service and a replacement was sent immediately. It was perfect on arrival.

My granddaughter (age 30's) loved this Happy Birthday Succulent! Was so surprised & delighted....never had such an unusual gift before.

Not only did my friend receive her Happy Birthday succulent on time, but I must commend the excellent customer service. After ordering on Sept 1, I received a phone call fro O and C informing me there would be a delay in delivery. Concerned that the succulent would be sitting somewhere undelivered over the long Labor Day weekend, she offered to cancel the order and send another for overnight delivery at no
additional cost. I agreed to that kind offer and indeed my friend in California received her gift the following morning at 10:16 AM! She was absolutely thrilled and sent a picture via text to me. It was just as pictured and I am so grateful that you came through so that she had her succulents on time!!! Thank you, Olive and Cocoa!
