I purchased 2 Christmas floral box of roses. One for my daughter and one for my daughter in law. My daughter (who loves your arrangements) later told me it was not very fresh the roses were brown. I am very disappointed, as I have seen your arrangements before and they were lovely. I usually don't complain, but reading my emails and saw the one you sent me for my review, so decided to send my opinion. I am as sorry as you for I wanted a special something for my daughter. I am not looking for my money back, I usually don't do this, but felt you should be aware.
