Simply beautiful!
I bought two of the Bianca Grace arrangements to be delivered Christmas Eve to my daughter-in-law's where all the family was spending Christmas! The arrangements arrived exactly on time Christmas Eve and were placed end to end down the middle of a large island where we were all having a Christmas Eve dinner!! They were just perfect and everyone oohed and ahhhed over them!! I would definitely order them again!!

Beautiful Surprise Gift
The arrangement I bought was a surprise for my daughter for her Christmas table. She thought I had forgotten to get an arrangement for the table and so was doubly surprised when this beautiful piece arrived. It still looks beautiful today and we are still enjoying it.

LOVED and BEAUTIFUL!
I sent these to a friend who was loosing her Father. He was in Hospice and knew she needed something beautiful to give her a boost of LOVE. She loved these flowers so much, she ordered 2 more to use at her Father's Memorial Service on the table.

Unique and perfect
My friend lost her husband to cancer and I wanted to send her something unique - something that would bring her joy- that's when I found the Bianca Grace arrangement. It is so elegant, unique and not like flowers for a funeral. She loved and still loves them. She said they are drying beautifully. I am very pleased with this purchase. Thank you for being unique.

Nothing short of spectacular!
I sent this to my primary care physician who is an amazing practitioner. Her administrative assistant said it was nothing short of spectacular! I didn't get to see it but this was the impact I was hoping to have. They are enjoying how beautiful it is.

Disappointed
I bought this for a special occasion at my home and was very disappointed when it arrived. The flowers were wilted and so small. It looked nothing like the photos online.

Exactly as it shows in the photo

Disappointing
When I received them I noticed some of the flowers were limp so I watered them but then realized that all the flowers had their own water container and there was no water in it. For the cost of this flower arrangement, it should have lasted longer.

This was beautiful when it arrived
This was a birthday gift, from my daughter. These flowers didn't last very long.
I even tried to put water in the cylinders, having to take them out individual, was a waste of time. To much money for how long they lasted & not being able to keep them alive.

I ordered this arrangement for a friend for Christmas and was disappointed when I saw it the day after it arrived. The edges of the flowers were already brown. It was not fresh. Called Olive and Cocoa and they refunded my money. They were pleasant and courteous on the phone.

Died in 4 days
Bought this for my holiday centerpiece, it arrived on 12/20, by Christmas Eve it was wilted, leaves were brown, the fuzzy pale green leaves were crisp and curling. The instructions said each flower was individually cared for and packed in water, and it needed nothing else. I looked and they were. I spritzed the leaves, peeled the brown ones off and tried to prop up the wilting flowers. Nope, it was dead from delivery. HUGE dissapointment. I could have spent half the price and shipping at a local florist. Would never order again.

Amazing flowers and awesome customer service!
I purchased the Bianca Grace for my mom and she said it was the most beautiful arrangement she'd ever received! UPS screwed up the delivery but Olive and Cocoa's customer service totally made up for it! They will definitively be my go to for all flower deliveries from now on!

I sent this to my mom for Mother's Day and was so impressed by this arrangement. She has never thanked me more and said over and over how it touched her heart. This arrangement really makes a beautiful, elegant statement and lets the recipient know how much you love, care and think about them. It's very thoughtfully and beautifully arranged and the wood box is simply elegant. Absolutely love the combination of the wood box and flora. Would buy this again.

A little disappointed
I chose this arrangement specifically because it was mostly white with eggplant and chartreuse and would look great in my daughter's apartment. She doesn't like pink and when it arrived this morning, three of the roses in the arrangement were pink. For almost $150 with the delivery charge I don't think it should vary that much from the description. It's pretty and fresh, but I can't help being disappointed that the colors are different than advertised.

I d purchased the same floral arrangement twice... the first one was met with awe inspiring reviews. The second one was not nearly as nice as the first... the arrangement was just not the same level of quality and it did t last nearly as long as the first one. Gorgeous Flowers!
I had Bianca Grace sent to a friend over the holidays....it was a wonderful love story, and now her husband has passed after 15 years of cancer. She has raved and raved about the flowers, which have obviously past their time, however she doesn't have the heart to get rid of them because she loved them so much. You can't have a better compliment than that. My only comment is, they are outrageously expensive and I will only send to very special people for special occasions! The only sad thing is that I didn't get to see them!

All occasion perfection!
I was hesitant to send this to a friend whose young husband had passed unexpectedly, since it was not a "traditional" arrangement. Yet this is exactly why I loved it - it wasn't traditional or dated-looking. This ships overnite by UPS - so she received it at her home by mid-day. Waste of money
This is the second floral arrangement that I have ordered from Olive and Cocoa. The first lasted a long time and then dried beautifully. My mother loves it. She said this one was really meager and didn't last long (less than a week). When I saw it I was shocked that it was so small and unimpressive. Very disappointed and feel that there was little value in this quite expensive gift.

Beautiful gift
I wanted to find something unique to send to my Sister and her family and, luckily, stumbled across the Olive & Cocoa site. This planter looked terrific and, though, a bit pricey, really fit my goal as unique and something she would like. As it turned out, my Sister loved the planter and sent me a pic. Lovely and refreshing approach
I have sent this arrangement repeatedly and now gravitate to it as my favorite. Each recipient loved the product and the novel approach to presentation. I deducted a star because I learned from a recent recipient that the roses did not open and died rather quickly. Though I was disappointed to hear this, I still feel the product and company are top notch. I will definitely use them as often as possible.

Great gift with staying power!
Gave to our daughter for T'giving centerpiece. It was beautiful and lasted and lasted. She'll plant some succulents in it once it starts to fade and use it on her patio. Thought it was a little pricey, but it has a second life as a planter.

I have always wanted to send the beautiful florals from Olive and Cocoa but have been reluctant doing anything different than using my standard florist. I felt compelled to write because of my complete satisfaction. The recipients contacted me thanking me for the most beautiful arrangement; un-like one ever having received before.
Not only was the product gorgeous, but the customer service could not have been any better. My first arrangement was left at the doorstep by the carrier where unfortunately it spent a weekend. Seeing as my friends came home to a less than perfect arrangement a new one better than the first was sent out the very next day. No hassle. Apologetic and took care of everything. I will be sending flowers again!

I sent this gorgeous arrangement to a friend of mine who live in an Uptown home. When the UPS driver tried to deliver it, they told him she was no longer there. The lady from Cocoa called me personally and said it was unable to be delivered. My friend DID live in the Uptown home and the lady from Cocoa so nicely sent out ANOTHER fresh arrangement so that my friend got a beautiful fresh one for her 50th! Bianca Grace Wins the Day!
I purchased Bianca Grace for my mother-in-law who simply went over the moon when the arrangement arrived! She couldn't have been more pleased and delighted with the flowers and the unique presentation which allowed the arrangement to be placed on her dining room table and enjoyed by everyone. I live in a different state so it is, at times, difficult to find a suitable gift for her. She is 96 years young and an extremely creative and talented person with a very keen eye.

Beautiful on arrival but didn't last
I received this box as a gift and was immediately in love with its striking design. It generally traveled well, but two of the three orchids were laying in the bottom of the shipping box, which was too bad. More disappointing, though, was the longevity of the arrangement. I've barely had it a week and many of the flowers are shriveling/browning without ever having opened ...

Prettier in catalogue
My daughter took a picture of the arrangement when it arrived at her future mother-in-law's and sent it to me. While it was gorgeous in the catalogue and the mother-in-law was pleased, I was embarrassed because it did not appear as full and lush as I expected it would be. Next time I will use a local florist instead of O and C.

Everything about this arrangement met or exceeded expectations. I no longer live near a metro area and wanted something special for a party centerpiece. The person who answered my initial (and only) call was courteous and informed. The flowers arrived on time, well packed, as pictured and fresh. Guests ooh-ed and ahh-ed....where did you get those? The Bianca Grace was absolutely stunning! But only after 3 days it started to look really sad, with the eggplant poms being totally dried out already second day. The small roses was dried out next day, one orchid is still ok...

Second - the arrangement was perfect. Came in beautiful condition, packing was perfect and nothing was disturbed! It is so unique and she loves it!!! She has taken it to show all of her Friends. My favorite place!
I have not yet gotten feedback on this gift yet as it will be delivered this coming Friday! This is a birthday present for my step-mother in-law. It never dawned on me to look anywhere else but Olive & Cocoa for something to brighten her day and just make her feel special. All my gifts from here seem to do that....make the recipients feel very special. I love O & C and plan on continuing to buy from you. I even ordered something for my self this time. I love looking at your catalog....it is one of my favorite things to do! Y'all are the best! Keep surprising me!
