Gracefully evoking a feeling of serenity, a simple gathering of delicate white flowers accented with deep eggplant, vivid chartreuse, and soft silver is displayed in a dark stained hand crafted wood trough. Bianca Grace measures approximately 15" x 4" x 8" to top of arrangement and requires next day shipping.
What types of arrangements will be sent?
The initial floral delivery in your subscription will be the arrangement seen on this page. Each subsequent arrangement will be similar to what you see in the Olive & Cocoa catalog and online, expertly arranged of the season's freshest blossoms. The retail value of each arrangement is $98 and up.

How do I join the Floral of the Month club or arrange to have it sent as a gift?
Simply add the subscription to your cart on our website and proceed to checkout, or call our Customer Service department at 800-538-5404. We're always happy to help!

When will my delivery arrive?
Your initial arrangement will be delivered immediately on the date you select at checkout, and your next arrangement will arrive approximately 4 weeks later, delivered on the same Thursday (i.e., first, second, third, or fourth) of every month.

Will I be able to change a delivery date if I am going to be away?
We will happily pause your membership until the following month. Please let us know by the 1st of the month you wish to pause.

When will I be charged for my membership?
After the initial floral has shipped on the date selected and the initial charge has been made, customers will be charged once a month - approximately 10 days before the next delivery ships.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Each floral arrangement requires next day shipping. Membership fees do not include shipping & handling. To view our shipping information, click here.

How will I know the arrangement is on its way?
We will send an email confirmation complete with tracking information to you at the time the arrangement ships.

May I send a greeting card with my gift?
Upon checkout, you will have the option to write a personalized message to your gift recipient. We will print your message on a beautiful Olive & Cocoa® gift card which will be delivered with every arrangement.

What if I'm not satisfied with my floral arrangement?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any arrangement you receive, we will be happy to re-ship a replacement arrangement or issue a refund. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance with any issues at 800-538-5404.

How do I cancel or change my membership?

Bianca Grace is a fresh cut floral arrangement.

- Carefully remove the cardboard inserts holding your flower arrangement in place then unpack.

- The arrangement is held in place by bindwire around the wooden box. You can cut this off as it is not needed anymore.

-Some of the outer guard petals may need to be removed from the flowers to remove any bruises and encourage new growth and beauty.

-Additionally, we use the freshest flowers available, so certain stems in the arrangement may not be fully bloomed when first received. Be patient-the new buds should show within a day or two!

-Flowers should be kept out of extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Simply beautiful!
I bought two of the Bianca Grace arrangements to be delivered Christmas Eve to my daughter-in-law's where all the family was spending Christmas! The arrangements arrived exactly on time Christmas Eve and were placed end to end down the middle of a large island where we were all having a Christmas Eve dinner!! They were just perfect and everyone oohed and ahhhed over them!! I would definitely order them again!!

Beautiful Surprise Gift
The arrangement I bought was a surprise for my daughter for her Christmas table. She thought I had forgotten to get an arrangement for the table and so was doubly surprised when this beautiful piece arrived. It still looks beautiful today and we are still enjoying it.

LOVED and BEAUTIFUL!
I sent these to a friend who was loosing her Father. He was in Hospice and knew she needed something beautiful to give her a boost of LOVE. She loved these flowers so much, she ordered 2 more to use at her Father's Memorial Service on the table.

Unique and perfect
My friend lost her husband to cancer and I wanted to send her something unique - something that would bring her joy- that's when I found the Bianca Grace arrangement. It is so elegant, unique and not like flowers for a funeral. She loved and still loves them. She said they are drying beautifully. I am very pleased with this purchase. Thank you for being unique.
