Frenchie

I eyed this darling Frenchie for several months before I decided to take "the plunge". So glad I did. He's even better in person. My husband & I think this breed is so cute but I have allergies to dogs & at this stage in life we are very busy with our grandkids...so what better way to enjoy our choice of dog. I don't even have to feed him or board him when we travel! Call me crazy but I'm even going to name him! Very well made & oh, so darling!

Thirty plus years ago when I first visited Paris, I fell in love with this little dog - a familiar antique in France. As I understood it, those who could not have a "real" dog in the streets of Paris (oh how times have changed), could instead have this darling little dog to keep them company. Even back then the cost to buy well exceeded $800.00. Now they are impossible even to find. This charming replica does the original justice. Absolutely darling. I bought one for my daughter who loves the breed, but now I am going back to get one for myself!!
