Customer service very quickly reached out to me to arrange a replacement. The new Aspen Grove is fully functioning and beautiful. Olive and Cocoa is a wonderful company that not only cares about a quality product but also about a satisfied customer. They went above and beyond to arrange a replacement for me.

However, it was quite easy to assemble and i spread the lit branches out on the stand so that when plugged in the lights look as though they fill the spaces of the non lit branches. Really stunning when lit, and also lovely unlit. I have placed it in front of my tall fireplace - looks great year round in our Colorado home. Easy to move when fireplace in use.

When it arrives, there are only 4 of the trees that have lights! Very difficult to arrange with the cord for the lights connected to 4 trees. The plug is huge and does not have a timer.

Unlike the usual it stands out as a unique piece. I have received more compliments on this grove than on any other decoration in my house. Really fun, different and truly spectacular!
