I'm not a cowgirl but I live in a cowboy city. Dress it up, dress it down, this felted wool bolero is a year round chic way for any aged gal to be practical in weather yet look chic with whatever you're wearing or wherever going. The chinstrap keeps this hat on in any weather and it gives that practical cowgirl necessity as you won't lose it. It's elegant. I wear it all the time.
