Very poorly made
The worst thing about the hat was the head size.....it was so large that it slid about my head as if I were 6 years old, trying on my mom's hat!! There was no way I could keep it securely on my head!! It also arrived well packed but it had wrinkle creases. I sent it right back, and would not order any hat through Olive & Cocoa again.
Customer Service: We're so sorry to hear that our Soleil Raffia Hat wasn't a good fit. We hope you'll give us a chance to make this right.

Nice hat
I was a little disappointed because I thought the hat was a little more firm than it appeared. But I kept it because I wait so long for the hat because it was on back order.

The hat wasn't what I thought it was according to picture I ordered from but I like it and do plan to wear it real soon. I'm a hat lover so it's alright that it wasn't what I was expecting. I feel cheated because I thought I was paying for one kind and got another kind.

Love this hat!
I saw this hat last year and by the time I decided to get it, it was sold out. I looked everywhere for it with no luck! When I saw it reappear in catalog this year, I did not hestitate! It is my favorite hat! So classic and stylish!
