What types of arrangements will be sent?
The initial floral delivery in your subscription will be the arrangement seen on this page. Each subsequent arrangement will be similar to what you see in the Olive & Cocoa catalog and online, expertly arranged of the season's freshest blossoms. The retail value of each arrangement is $98 and up.

How do I join the Floral of the Month club or arrange to have it sent as a gift?
Simply add the subscription to your cart on our website and proceed to checkout, or call our Customer Service department at 800-538-5404. We're always happy to help!

When will my delivery arrive?
Your initial arrangement will be delivered immediately on the date you select at checkout, and your next arrangement will arrive approximately 4 weeks later, delivered on the same Thursday (i.e., first, second, third, or fourth) of every month.

Will I be able to change a delivery date if I am going to be away?
We will happily pause your membership until the following month. Please let us know by the 1st of the month you wish to pause.

When will I be charged for my membership?
After the initial floral has shipped on the date selected and the initial charge has been made, customers will be charged once a month - approximately 10 days before the next delivery ships.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Each floral arrangement requires next day shipping. Membership fees do not include shipping & handling. To view our shipping information, click here.

How will I know the arrangement is on its way?
We will send an email confirmation complete with tracking information to you at the time the arrangement ships.

May I send a greeting card with my gift?
Upon checkout, you will have the option to write a personalized message to your gift recipient. We will print your message on a beautiful Olive & Cocoa® gift card which will be delivered with every arrangement.

What if I'm not satisfied with my floral arrangement?
If you are not 100% satisfied with any arrangement you receive, we will be happy to re-ship a replacement arrangement or issue a refund. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance with any issues at 800-538-5404.

How do I cancel or change my membership?

Sweet Petite Fleur is a fresh cut floral arrangement.

- Carefully remove the cardboard inserts holding your flower arrangement in place then unpack.

- The arrangement is held in place by bindwire around the wooden box. You can cut this off as it is not needed anymore.

-Some of the outer guard petals may need to be removed from the flowers to remove any bruises and encourage new growth and beauty.

-Additionally, we use the freshest flowers available, so certain stems in the arrangement may not be fully bloomed when first received. Be patient-the new buds should show within a day or two!

-Flowers should be kept out of extreme hot or cold temperatures.

This arrangement is just perfect sized.
I bought this for my daughter's birthday. The delivery was delayed and not fresh, but Olive and Cocoa sent a fresh bouquet to make up for the issue. I so appreciate their excellent customer service.

Creative and different
I was looking for something different than the normal flowers. I love the creativity in this design. Flowers started dying after 2 days. I followed the watering instructions but by the end of a week most of them were dead. Luckily dead roses still look interesting this time of year. Was expecting better quality for the price.

Gift for my wife
I wanted to find a company to send flower arrangements. When I received my flowers, they were flattened, crumpled and the edges were all brown. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. With tax and delivery fee, this product comes out to $155. I straightened them as best I could and removed the outer petals to lessen the amount of browning, but it did not help much to improve the overall quality. My wife thought it was absurd that I paid over $100 for these. I cannot understand why they could not put a plastic covering over the flowers to protect them instead of wrapping it up with some form of foam. I am quite embarrassed having given my wife something like this. Very overpriced for the product that you are receiving.

Soo Disappointed
I bought this for my mother for mother's day. When I saw what was shipped to her, I was very disappointed. I also had to send it overnight (which costs more $) so it would be fresh. Well the end result was the flowers were brown on the tips of the flowers, the colors were muted (no vibrant purple and pink), there weren't many succulents (as pictured) - looked nothing like the picture! I paid alot of money for a brown box.

Very disappointing.
I ordered this for Mother's Day and and it arrived damaged. Also roses were fully opened and started to turn brown on day 2. I received a refund but it does not make up for the embarrassment and disappointment.

The flowers looked a little old and not nearly as full as the box pictured. Very over priced for what my friend received. I would not order flowers again from your catalog.
