Disappointed
I believe this was my third time ordering from olive and cocoa. They arrived on time but I also paid for delivery. Quality and presentation are always beautiful. Last few orders the flowers lasted and maintained for a while. This recent order the flowers died fairly quick. I was disappointed this time. For the price you pay I don't think I would order again.

Beautiful fresh flowers
A Mother's Day gift for my daughters-in-law that delighted them and brought smiles! One arrived as scheduled but not picked up until 3 days later. The bouquet was still fresh and beautiful.

Beautiful concept too briefly enjoyed
I bought these arrangements for my mom and my mother-in-law - 2 different types, same boxed concept - for Mother's Day. They required overnight shipping, which was an additional $50! I thought they might be worth it if the moms were "wowed" and the arrangements lasted awhile. They did not. Both had wilted, crispy stems by the next morning and it only got worse from there, even though each of the moms watered them as directed and paid close attention to the instructions. They were very disappointed, and therefore so am I.

Unique and beautiful arrangement - as pictured!
You know how you order flowers usually and it looks nothing like the photo? Well, this arrangement is just as pretty as pictured! It looks just like that! My mom loved this arrangement. Also, the box is re-usable for just about anything. Totally worth the price! I'll order again next year for sure.

Nothing like the picture and wilted
I bought this arrangement for Mother's Day for my mom. I chose it specifically because of the colors--pinks and whites and greens--because they match her living room decor. When she opened the flowers, one of the hydrangeas was already dead, one of the roses was browning, and the colors were yellow, light peach, white, and green--nothing like the picture. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the lilies, while the wrong color, were vibrant.

1/2 the flowers dead in < 1 week

Didn't last
This arrived on time and I am told that it looked very nice on arrival. I visited and saw the arrangement 2-3 days later, and was disappointed. The edges of every flower were turning brown, and they looked like they were drying out. I spent a lot of money on this arrangement and delivery. It's disappointing that it didn't last more than a day or two. And the arrangement box looked HUGE in relation to the size of the flowers themselves.

I saw a picture of the arrangement and it by no means looked like the picture above. I was very disappointed and with the amount of money I spend at Olive and Cocoa, I will think twice in the future.

I'm so grateful that I came across this website to get something for a friend. All the items are a great option and I chose Hannah. Honestly, any item would do because everything is perfect gift. My friend was so happy and was touched with how the package was wrapped considering it was shipped. It arrived pristine and the flower arrangement is just exquisite! I will definitely purchase MORE and try other items not just to give away but to get at our own home too. It can be pricey but it's worth it. I don't mind spending extra if the expectations are exceeded.

Mom loved it!
Sent this for Mother's Day and mom loved it. The picture she sent me was practically identical to the one online. My only disappointment is that I had to choose a delivery date after Mother's Day or have it delivered the Thursday before. Not ideal but not awful. Overall this was much more expensive than I would normally purchase for this size of arrangement, however the quality surpasses anything We have gotten from our local florists.

Not what the picture shower
I ordered these flowers for a client who's Mother had just passed on..I loved the softness of the palette of the flowers and the arrangement.
What she received was not even close to the picture, I was so disappointed. It was such a mishmash of flowers, colors, it just didn't even resemble what the arrangement "Hannah " looked liked. I even sent an email to customer service, no response! No I will not be recommending this company.

I ordered this for my grandmother's birthday. It arrived fresh, beautiful and as pictured. She loved it! It is quite pricey though, and the requirement for next day shipping adds $40+, making it a significant investment for a small arrangement.
