Beautiful, fresh arrangement!
Delivered product looked exactly like the website photo. Flowers were beautiful and fresh. Glad I sent this as a Mother's Day gift - I will definitely use Olive & Cocoa again for future floral gifts!

Beautiful arrangement, BUT…
I bought this gorg, small and quite expensive at nearly $200 with shipping to congratulate my daughter on her big promotion at work. They arrived as scheduled and were absolutely beautiful, BUT…. Within less than 2 days they began to grow mold on them ion between they flowers, which of course was both unsightly, and had an unpleasant odor. I don't mind spending the extra $, but to have them "go bad" in less than 2 days leaves me (sadly!) questioning ordering anything perishable from. O&C again…

Gorgeous, but didn't last
The flowers were a little squished from shipment, but perked up okay and still looked beautiful. Unfortunately it only lasted about 2 days before we were pulling out many of the flowers as they didn't last.

Flowers not as advertised
The flowers arrived in very poor condition. They were smooshed and wasn't as fresh looking as the photos allude

Save your money, call a florist!
Horrible! The picture on the website shows beautiful blooms of flowers, strategically placed and flowing from the box. What my mother-in-law received was a sad excuse for flowers. Even with allowing the blooms to "open overnight" as the card suggests these are still a random collection of bare, closed flowers haphazardly placed. They look like twigs sticking up from the ground. Truly disappointing.

MOM LOVES THE MAGGIE MAE!!!
My precious Mom turned 93 this month and I wanted to send her a very special flower arrangement. I couldn't have sent her anything better than this. It's still blooming - opening - and she's truly thrilled with the unique bouquet and I'm thrilled about it also. Thank you OLIVE AND COCOA

Amazing Customer Service
I had flowers and a gift delivered to my mother-in-law and sisters for Mother's Day. The items were beautiful and well received, but a small issue took place with the delivery of one. Dacee (?) in CS was amazing, professional and quickly took care of any concerns I had. I think great customer service is measured by how issues are handled and how you are made to feel. My appreciation for the goods Olive & Cocoa sell is elevated by the new experience I just had with their CS department. Thank you!
