Beyond thrilled
I wanted to send my love to my stepmom and she was beyond thrilled. She receives many flowers from family but she said nothing like this. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the company; my assistant had addressed it incorrectly so it was sent back to Olive and Cocoa; they immediately contacted me and emailed to the the correct address. No charge and as nice could be, even though it was my fault. I'm a customer for life.

Wonderful Surprise!
This was a surprise thank you gift and the recipient was thrilled - who doesn't love a surprise right? The flowers and unique arrangement really impressed her, and she loved the planter box. I am always happy with my gifts from Olive & Cocoa.

Not what I Expected!
I wish I could upload a picture of what was sent - it is basically 6-7 roses shoved together with only a smattering of different florals. I understand that it will not be exactly as pictured, but it should at least come close to the overall look and feel of the arrangement shown. I waited a long time to order from this site and finally decided to order for a friends birthday even though the shipping was high, I figured it would be worth it but sadly it was not. If you have a way for me to send a picture I will.

Not what I expected
I just purchased this for a girl friend as a thank you. She sent me a text to thank me, along with the picture and my heart dropped. It really did not look like the online picture. I really loved what I saw online and was excited to send but kind of disappointed when I saw the end result. Perhaps it will look better once the roses bloom.. however based on the picture sent (and the angle of the arrangement) one side were just 5 rose buds just sticking up.. no filler in-between.. it there was some filler on the other side with the variety .. but it only encompassed a corner of the box. Once again, I am hoping it will look much better once the roses begin to bloom.. but was not what I was expecting. Would not order again.

Spirit lifter
My sister had been staying in the hospital with her son, who had extensive surgery, and was very worried about him. I sent her these beautiful flowers, and it meant so much to her because they were so gorgeous and got there so quickly. They lasted so long, and everyone who came to visit commented on how beautiful they were. I would highly recommend this arrangement for its beauty and how long it lasts.

Beautiful And Thoughtfully Packed
My Fort Worth TX friend received these flowers and couldn't believe how beautiful and fresh they were. Because they were shipped to Fort Worth, I was worried about the mid-90s temperatures. No need to worry because she said they were packed so well that they were still cool to the touch. If you are hesitating, don't, they are a lovely gift.

Beautiful Floral
I sent these flowers to a close friend who recently lost her husband. She sent me a picture of them once they arrived and showed me where she had placed them in her home, explaining how lovely and colorful they were. She also said the way they were arranged (choice of flowers), were so ‘right'. Olive & Cocoa always does such a great job with meeting my needs!

Overall good
I didn't give a higher rating due to 2 of the roses had fallen out. The bigger rose had started turning brown and did not last long at all. The other one never opened but just turned brown. All the others did ok.

Amazing Customer Care!!
I had a huge order for my employees for IWD and I was worried that some detail would get lost - but from the START your team was so organized! All my employees received a beautiful boxed bouquet ON TIME, and I was emailed all their tracking numbers (for peace of mind!). Honestly, I felt so "covered" from beginning to end. The flowers came in a carefully packaged box and the flowers were in fresh!

Gorgeous... and so very efficient.
I've both received and ordered from O&C before and was not surprised that the arrangement I sent to a dear friend who had lost her mother was just beautiful. I have a small garden design business and I'm very particular when it comes to purchasing flowers for those I love. I never doubt that O&C will send out product that will be just perfect.

We were in the middle of a heatwave - so I pictured the box languishing on a deserted front porch! I reached out to my friend and she said the gorgeous flowers had arrived labeled with her new address, safely and on-time. A gift for a nonagenarian

Bought this for a friend in quarantine who was depressed and anxious. I sent her Oreos and flowers--they'll fix anything. She loved the flowers (and the Oreos) and enjoyed them throughout her quarantine. This was really expensive though. I probably wouldn't do it again for that reason.

I ordered this bouquet for my Sister after her surgery. I had no idea that delivery would take so long. The flowers were beautiful however, the abundance of ORANGE in the arrangement was not there. Would I order again? Perhaps because she really enjoyed them at it lifted her spirits. Her favorite color is orange which is why I choose that design.

High expectations
I selected this gift for my Mother with hopes of exceeding her expectations for Mother's Day! I've been very impressed for sometime with Olive and Cocoa's attention to detail, art and exclusivity of extraordinary products and professionalism. The catalog is beautiful and well presented. when I receive it I grab a cup of coffee, head for my patio swing and savor every page! Thank you lady's.

My mom loved it! The colors were amazing! She will be a young 90 this year and has seen alot in her almost 90 years! Brought tears to her eyes. (Happy ones) She loved the uniqueness of the arrangement and of course the depth of the colors. Thank you so much for your attention to detail! Beautiful Flowers
I sent this as a condolence to for a family member. Had it shipped a second time, as the first one arrived late and didn't look good at all. Olive & Cocoa got another Farmhouse Fluer sent out and it was beautiful. The recipient stated it was gorgeous and very fragrant. I told recipient they dry nicely and will last forever.

Fantastic customer service

Not as pretty is pictured
I bought this for a male friend recovering from surgery. I thought the wooden box and colors were more masculine. They were delivered on Saturday and i visited on Monday. There were not as many flowers in the arrangement as picutred, and the colors were not as pictured. The number of flowers appeared sparse in the container and did not completely fill it up. The roses were white and red only (none of the warm colors that are in the pic) and the white roses were dry and turning brown by the time I saw them (2 days after delivery). This was a real disappointment for the amount of money I spent.

Embarrassing!!
I ordered the same arrangement for myself as I did for two of my friends. I wanted to see what I was sending. It was awful. Flowers never opened up. I could have sent a beautiful arrangement from a local florist for $100 that would have been beautiful. I thought I would do something different.

Best Gift to Myself!

Not delighted!
I purchased 2 flower arrangements for mother's day. They arrived on time but the quality and design were nothing like pictured/described. The flowers were browned on the edges and the quantity of flowers in the arrangements were approximately 2/3 of what was in picture/description. The flowers never open up as the customer service rep had suggested they would. I did receive a refund for one of the arrangements but that doesn't replace a Mother's Day gift that was suppose to delight.

Nice, but not great
This was my first order, and I'm mostly satisfied. The care taken with packaging the arrangement to protect the flowers was superb. I was worried that flowers in a box would seem "less than" and be an annoyance rather than a treat for the recipient, but the presentation in the shipping box was lovely and my Mom was able to easily get the arrangement out of the box with minimal assistance. The flowers were fresh and healthy-looking, and the size of the arrangement matched the dimensions in the description. I will say, though, that I was expecting more of a "wow" factor. It was just "nice." I'm taking a star off the rating because the arrangement is missing one of the seven flower types it was supposed to contain (a typed listing of included flower types is provided in the box, which is a nice touch). In fact, the empty water vial for that flower is quite visible in the middle of the arrangement; the floral designer must have just forgotten to put that flower in. Oh well, maybe that missing flower would have provided the "wow" factor to complete the arrangement. I'm happy I tried this out and happy that Mom is satisfied with her Mothers Day flowers, but I probably won't be ordering again.

I have a friend who is very difficult to buy for and 'typical' flowers just won't do -- when she received her arrangement from Olive and Cocoa, she told me not only that she had never seen anything so beautiful but that her visiting houseguest couldn't stop talking about how extraordinary they were!

Amazing Unique Arrangements
I have used Olive and Cocoa for special occasions since first receiving my own beautiful arrangement in 2012. This company is very innovative and their floral/succulent arrangements are really unique. It's expensive but most arrangements can be used as dry arrangements and their containers - wood, copper - can be repurposed!!!

Unbelievable Customer Service!!
My sister was just offered and accepted her dream job after a long time waiting. I found Olive and Cocoa on a google search and loved what I saw. I wanted to surprise my sister with the flowers the next day so I decided to pay for the quickest delivery which was very expensive. Early the next morning a representative from the company called and asked if I'd like it hand delivered for a far cheaper cost. Of course I said yes! Such sweet individuals working for this company. Can't thank them enough for helping me celebrate my sisters accomplishment!

When we received the arrangement, not only was it well packaged, but it was so fresh and gorgeous. You can really tell they take the time to ensure what you see online is what your recipient is receiving. The flowers also last at least 3x longer than traditional vase flower arrangements which makes them an even better gift for the price.

Simply the BEST!
The staff could not have been nicer on the phone. The flowers arrived beautifully fresh and my girlfriend loved them! There had been some mix up with the address (girlfriend's mistake) so the first order could not be delivered. Olive and Cocoa sent out a second order, which, as I said, was beautiful! They also deducted the cost of the shipping and handling! The following week, my girlfriend received a SECOND flower arrangement to apologize for the mix up (not their fault!) which was again, absolutely stunning! Neither my girlfriend nor I will ever shop anywhere else for flowers! Thank you, Olive and Cocoa!

Due to the error of UPS on several occasions...the flower arrangement I ordered for our dear friends was lost. O&C was more was than happy to handle the claims with UPS and send out a new flower arrangement. I am VERY particular about the flowers that I send...no one beats O&C!

Always sending my mother in law the same old FTD flowers for Mothers Day. This year I wanted to stand out and send something different. She absolutely loved this arrangement! Unique finds for special people
My time is valuable like everybody elses, but on special days/occasions I am in need to purchase gifts asap and for many at once. Not worth the money
I had this delivered last week for a hostess gift and was pretty disappointed in the arrangement. Colors were no way near as beautiful and vibrant in color as the photo and the roses had started to brown after only one day.

Very impressive. Sent to my mother, who has very discerning and sophisticated taste. She commented on the beautiful packaging and the quality of the flowers. She sent me a photo of what she received, and it was indeed well represented by the advertised photo. The enclosed "list" of all the names of the flowers included in the arrangement was a very nice touch. It's getting harder and harder to find quality florists in distant cities via the Internet. Too much generic FTD look. Olive & Cocoa is a huge "find" -- very original. I'm looking forward to an occasion to send your "petite thank you" box to someone, and you are my new "secret source" (except I'm telling everyone I know!) for beautiful floral gift arrangements.

Beautiful but disappointing
I splurged on these flowers for my mothers 80th birthday. We had both admired them for a long time. The arrangement was delivered and left on her doorstep. (I had asked them to be delivered at her neighbors if she wasn't at home.) We live in Arizona. The flowers were half dead when she arrived a short time after delivery. I live in another town and asked my Mom to call customer service. They promptly sent another arrangement the following day. This arrangement lasted only a couple days before they were drying up. I saw them on day five day and they are completely dried up and some never opened up. As great as the customer service was, I wouldn't spend my money on these again.

I've been eyeing these arrangements forever & was so thrilled when my husband splurged on these flowers. Sadly though, the entire batch of burgundy roses never bloomed--just wilted into sad little clumps w/in a day or two. I followed the instructions carefully & was disappointed that it never blossomed as expected. Still love the look of these arrangements but not sure I'd pay to get them again--which is too bad, because it would've been really lovely if they bloomed! )-: I wanted to post a pic of mine for comparison purposes but can't see how to do that.

Beautiful but only for a few days
It has been 5 days since I received my arrangement. They were absolutely stunning for the first 2 days and I waited with anticipation for many of the flowers to open more. Unfortunately, the timing was off and as the roses were opening some of the other flowers were already drying up. The beautiful maroon flower in the corner was damaged upon delivery and the the greenish/white smaller flowers were already turning brown in the middle after the first day. Maybe my expectations are too high for how long the arrangement should last?

Revision
I posted a review recently for several arrangements I purchased for friends at Easter time. While I did remark that I love the arrangements, the shipping was a huge problem for me - the deliverer would not leave the flowers and so they were delivered three dates late and obviously worse for wear. I was not happy about this. However, when I contacted O&C, they not only apologized, but they also resent the flowers. I received two different apologies from two different people at the company and was totally flabbergasted at their level of excellent service, not something you see in many companies today. So, long story but just want to say BUY THESE PRODUCTS - they start right and they finish right. Support them!

My sister bought me 4 of them. The flowers, two troughs and the rabbit. Personally, I think they look even better then your pictures. Everyone loves them. I've never seen anything quite like them before. I hope I can keep them alive. If not, I'll be back. (:

Beautiful gift.
These gifts are always bring joy to the person receiving them. My biggest challenge is the outrageous cost to ship. Since they are live flowers it's unavoidable they say. Sometimes it's worth the cost since they are so beautiful.

Disappointed
The level of disappointment is beyond words. While the flowers were the same variety as pictured in both the catalogue and website the actual arrangement looked nowhere nearly as spectacular. Further disappointing - and very frustrating - more than half the flowers died within a day or two. I'm a big fan of Olive & Cocoa however never again will I ever order flowers from them. Big mistake.

Beautiful than most, but not as "full" as pictured
Although the floral arrangement was more beautiful than most, it didn't look as "full" as the photo and the base it was in was a different color, which changed the appearance of the design. Considering the price, the lack of "fullness" was a bit disappointing.

Lovely gift

Not like the picture
I was very disappointed. I bought this expecting to get an arrangement comparable to the picture, and like the reviews stated, I don't mind paying extra to get a nice product. This was sparse and not bright at all! I would not recommend ordering this.

Beautiful fliwers
I sent his bouquet to my Mom and she just loved it! Plus the customer service was fantastic- they called ahead to make sure someone was home prior to delivering!

pricey flowers
I ordered flowers to send to a friend. She said they were absolutely gorgeous! I suppose I am have a bit of buyer's remorse. They were REALLY expensive, especially since delivery requires the added overnight expense. Next time, I'm going back to a regular florist.

pretty but not like the picture
The arrangement was pretty, but not as nice as the one in the picture. It was a bit disappointing for how much we paid for it. I think that there were a lot more red roses and generic looking flowers, this arrangement online looks unique but live it was less impressive.

I bought this arrangement for my recuperating niece. As usual, the presentation was superb and awesome. She loved it! However, this is the third arrangement that I have sent that has been "sparce". It in no way looked like this sample...no fullness of flowers. I believe you are cutting corners and it is a big disappointment. I don't mind paying the high price (overnight shipping is a killer) but I don't want to pay for a less than spectacular arrangement!!!!!

Farmhouse Fleur
I love sending the flowers from Olive & Cocoa. They always arrive on time, fresh and beautiful. I send them to both men and women. My husband has received more than one arrangement from me and he really enjoys them. They last forever and are quite unique.
