INGREDIENTS
| 1 3/4 | ounces golden rum of choice |
|---|---|
| 3/4 | ounces caramel apple syrup |
| 3 | dashes cinnamon bitters* |
| 3/4 | ounces lemon juice |
| 1 | egg white |
*Add more if you love cinnamon as much as we do.

DIRECTIONS
Dry-shake ingredients for about 15 seconds for a nice frothy texture, then pour into a coupe or martini glass. Add a dash of grated nutmeg for garnish if desired
